Easy Lesson: Speedy Half Square Triangles

Easy Lesson: Speedy Half Square Triangles

There are a number of ways to make half-square triangles, those simple patches so many blocks include. This stencil method grew out of a class taught by Linda Camp's business partner, Teresa Singleton from Sunday Best Quiltworks in Ellerslie, Georgia. Taking off from the idea of marking a grid on the fabric, she wanted a way to make the marking go more quickly. The half-square triangle stencils are the result. Find out more about this useful tool and how to use it in Quilters Newsletter August/September 2014.
