Readers' Quilt Show: SAQA Go Red for Women

Studies show that cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death for women in the United States, and an incerasing thread to women worldwide. Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA) partnered with the American Heart Association to promote the latter's Go Red for Women campaign, which aims to raise awareness about heart disease in women. Members made art quilts in various styles, themes, and techniques, all with the comon theme of 'red.' See more of these amazing quilts in Quilters Newsletter April/May 2016.
