		<description>Pre-washing is soooo necessary... not just for dye issues, but  for accurate piecing - since your fabrics will shrink at various rates.
I use my serger set for a simple 2 thread serge, and serge raw edges before I drop them in the wash!  I usually just fold and put up - since I&#039;ll have to iron them when I get ready to cut!</description>

		<description>I can totaly relate: no laundry facilities when we are so used to it is just the worst. I love the prewash phase of my projects. the handling, pressing and folding are such tactile pleasures to us fabriholics.</description>
