I love having the print copies so that I can look back on them later. If they were on my computer and it crashed, I’d lose them all. Please I put the outdated ones in my vehicles (4) so that I can read them as we travel!
The survey is not working on my computer. I prefer both print and digital–I use them in different ways.
I love to keep my quilting magazines. I put one or two in my tote bag for travel, especially if I might encounter a quilt shop. I keep a few on my TV table to browse through (again) while my husband watches a show I don’t care about. I take them to show people to see if they like a pattern I am considering making for them. And I love to re-read the articles and inspirations.
I think your survey was a little lacking … it didn’t ask why. I love being able to look at the magazines online but I will never pay the same price for online magazines or books. I’ll never stop enjoying the feeling of actually looking through a book or magazine, running it to my husband saying oooohhh – I wish I could quilt like this. If I always called him to the computer he would get fed up with me.
Actually, I like both…I keep all my old magazines for reference and the digital version is great for travel.
Survey is working for me now.
I like digital. I save them so I can refer to them later. I can then print those that I’m ready to make.
The survey wouldn’t show that I clicked on PRINT. Is the survey rigged in that you do not want the “print” option to be chosen?
I love the printed magazines and haven’t tried the digital, but it is easier to carry around the printed ones and show others. I also keep all issues for reference later.
I like and use both print and digital.
