Quiltmaker, a sister publication to Quilters Newsletter, has released their latest 100 Blocks, Volume 5.
I have been invited to contribute blocks and have had three previous entries. Some of you might have recognized my Egg Trilogy. The Egg Trilogy was supposed to end with the Volume 4, hence the name trilogy. Well, many you remarked that the end could not be at hand. So the chicks are back by popular demand. One chick anyway, Little Peep. She’s so egg cited.
- Little Peep
If you haven’t seen one of these 100 Blocks books, they are a great resource for block patterns and quilt ideas. Leave a comment on my blog by Tuesday, May 8 and you will get a chance to win Volume 5, Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks. By the way, there will be one more block in the Egg theme, look for it in the upcoming Volume 6.

This is such a cute block. Darling!
Love Little Peep & can’t wait to see the next little guy! Thanks for the chance to win Vol. 5
I love Little Peep! What a cute baby quilt he would make. Thanks for a chance to win a copy of the magazine.
Winning the magazine may be my only way to see this. They don’t seem to sell it wherever I’ve looked in the past.
Love the chick.
OMG, little peep hath taken my heart…..cuter than mere chirps
Your cute Little Peep makes me smile – a perfect reason for making the block!
I have enjoyed every issue of this magazine full of inspiration. Based on what I’ve seen on the blog tour, I know this one will be a winner too. Your block is so cute! I will use it for a spring/easter table topper.
What a cheerful little chick, I can almost hear it’s peeping! Thanks for the inspiration.
How cute! Kids will love it!
Such a cutie pie! Thanks for the chance to win!
What a cutie and you picked the perfect fabric to make him look good.
How inspired you are with birds.
Susan – I saw your block for the first time today. It reminds me of my seasonal wall quilt pattern titled: Miss Peep! that I created a while back. You can view it one my website: Gingham Leaf Designs. – Like minds think alike!
