How would you like to win a fat quarter bundle of Serenity from E.E. Schenck’s Cara Collection? We have two bundles and two lucky people will each win one! The collection was one of our staff picks for the August/September issue of Quilters Newsletter and the block pattern featuring the fabric is available free online.

    Just finished the braid quilt from Fons & Porter for a housewarming gift. The entire time I worked on it I could imagine it in reproduction fabrics. That is one I will keep for myself. I’d love to add these beautiful fabrics to my stash. I need neutrals!

    What can you not do with neutral? You can do anything! Use them by themselves, use them with batiks, use them with prints, use them with almost anything! And i sure could use them! Thanks for the giveaway….the lucky two will have fun creating with them.

    I wish I could say I was working on a quilting project right now but I have a couple of Quiet Books I need to finish for my tow youngest grandkids first. But I do have 48 queen size Curved Log Cabin blocks ready to layer for QAYG as soon as those books are done :)

    I have several UFOs, just finished a 1930 Double Wedding Ring quilt; and I’m now trying to come up with a pattern to use a panel & fabric with wolves for a grandchild. I think this fabric might go very well with that project!!!
