I have been thinking of 9 patch alternating with snowballs (old-fashion, I know) but with these low contrast beautiful fabrics and major machine quilting done with a dusty or greyed out aqua, and named “Icy Highway” or something like that.

Thanks for the chance to win a piece of springtime fabric heaven. I have been a quilter for more than 70 years, and we didn’t have electricity for a long long time. We pieced on treadle machines, and had a drop down pulley system quilting frame for handquilting that hung in the rafters in the porch/kitchen. This fabric would find it’s way into a quilt which will be sewn with a new machine, cut with rotary/mat, and I will use all the modern gadgets and notions.
