[Please note: this giveaway has ended. Congratulations to Lea, our randomly selected winner! Thanks to all our loyal Facebook fans and everyone who participated!]
What fun I’ve had this morning. We reached our goal of 20,000 fans on Facebook last week so I went to our studio and finished selecting fabric for our promised giveaway. We’re starting with a super giveaway this week and will follow that with more next week. After all, twenty thousand fans is a big deal. We want to celebrate for a while. I selected prizes from a whole group of fabrics. I didn’t want to make them all coordinate; I wanted everyone to love at least one of the collections in the bundle. As you can see, I came up with a really big prize package.
As I was preparing the fabric for photography, I felt like I was Christmas shopping for our winner, who will have a great head start on their holiday preparations with this fabulous selection. They can keep one or more of the fabric collections for themselves but there is some great gift-giving potential, too.
For that child who loves science and robots, here is a collection of 12 half-yard cuts from the Robotek collection by Mint Blossom for Northcott Fabrics. Robots, gears, bolts, screws, wrenches and screwdrivers in bright colors make this collection a hit.
For someone who decorates with wonderful citrus colors, we have a collection of two ¼-yard cuts and seven fat quarters of Blomma by Jessica Swift for Blend.
What about something for that person who loves the drama of black and white with just a bit of color? For them we have 16 fat quarters from the Le Jardin collection by P&B Textiles.
And for that more traditional person who decorates with the rich colors of Civil War reproduction fabrics? Our winner can make something spectacular with this bundle of 40 fat quarters of Barbara Brackman’s Civil War Jubilee fabrics by Moda.
We added a 2014 Quilt Calendar by That Patchwork Place. It has modern quilts, traditional quilts, quilts with applique and quilts all done in patchwork (with instructions included).
The last item is this Ironing Blanket by Dritz. I love this product. Think of the times when you’d like to have the ironing board come to your project instead of taking your project to the ironing board. With this gem you can do just that.
The value of this whole package is just under $320. It will be so much fun for one lucky winner. For a chance to win this fabulous prize, leave a comment on this post by midnight MDT Sunday, September 15. One comment per person please. Open to those who haven’t won anything from Quilters Newsletter in the last 90 days.
And watch our blog next week for more prizes.
