Made by the Narrows Connection Quilt Guild

Members of the Narrows Connection Quilt Guild come from both sides of The Narrows, a strait that separates the cities of Tacoma and Gig Harbor, Washington. Harriet Mooney, the lucky stitcher who won this quilt, explains, "Our small guild has about 20 active members, and we make one group quilt a year. We each get one chance in the drawing for every hour we work on the quilt. If a member doesn't work on the quilt, she can't win it."
